Leader resources

Writing reports for DofE participants that are working with you to complete either the Skills, Physical or Volunteer element of their award can be daunting for leaders who are not part of the DofE team.

Here are some guides to help you write reports that will “tick the box”:

Becoming an Assessor

Norfolk Scouts have created a Guide to becoming a DofE Assessor: R8.

DofE adult volunteer training is changing. They’ve invested in an online learning platform for adult volunteers who deliver and support DofE programmes.

Over the next few months, they’ll be transferring all learning to the new platform and introducing new learning pathways that include a mix of online modules and facilitated discussions.

This new type of training makes the learning more accessible and fits in with the busy lifestyles of today. If you are interested in becoming a DofE Leader, please have a look at the learning pages of their website (https://www.dofe.org/learning/) or get in touch with the County DofE Advisor for further information.
